Uninstalling Xunjie Cloud VPN

Before You Uninstall

1. Disconnect. Tap disconnect in Xunjie Cloud VPN and make sure the VPN is off before quitting. Uninstalling while connected can leave an orphaned VPN profile on the system.
2. Cancel your subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel an App Store or Google Play auto-renewing subscription. Cancel it in the platform's subscription settings or you will keep being charged.

Per-Platform Steps

iOS

1. Touch and hold the Xunjie Cloud VPN icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App, then Delete App;
2. Open Settings, General, VPN & Device Management, and delete the Xunjie Cloud VPN VPN profile if it is still listed;
3. To cancel: Settings, your Apple Account at the top, Subscriptions, Xunjie Cloud VPN, Cancel Subscription.

Android

1. Touch and hold the Xunjie Cloud VPN icon and choose Uninstall, or find it under Settings, Apps;
2. Open Settings, Network & internet, VPN, and remove any leftover entry using the gear icon;
3. To cancel: open Google Play, Manage subscriptions, Xunjie Cloud VPN, Cancel subscription.

macOS

1. Quit Xunjie Cloud VPN from its menu bar icon;
2. Open Finder, Applications, and move Xunjie Cloud VPN to the Trash, then empty it;
3. Open System Settings, VPN, and remove any configuration named after Xunjie Cloud VPN;
4. For a full clean-up, delete ~/Library/Application Support/Xunjie and the matching preference file in ~/Library/Preferences.

Windows

1. Quit Xunjie Cloud VPN from the tray icon;
2. Open Settings, Apps, Installed apps, find Xunjie Cloud VPN, and choose Uninstall;
3. The uninstaller also removes the virtual adapter and service. If networking behaves oddly afterwards, a single restart resolves it;
4. For a full clean-up, delete the %APPDATA%\Xunjie folder.

Uninstalling Is Not Deleting Your Account

Uninstalling only removes the software from a device. Your account, plan, and remaining allowance stay intact, and signing in after reinstalling restores them. To erase your account and data, see the Account Deletion notice.
