Who Can Delete an Account

Only the account holder can start deletion. Deletion is irreversible. Please read the consequences below before you proceed.

How to Delete

In the app

1. Open Xunjie Cloud VPN and go to the account tab;
2. Go to Account Settings, then Delete Account;
3. Read the notice and complete the identity check when prompted;
4. Confirm. Deletion starts immediately.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from your registered address with "Delete account" in the subject line. We will verify that you control the address and process the request within 7 business days.

What Happens After Deletion

• all sessions and device credentials are revoked immediately and active connections are dropped;
• your email address, display name, avatar, and other profile data are erased or anonymised;
• your device list and push tokens are deleted;
• remaining data allowance, unexpired plans, trial credit, and check-in rewards are forfeited with no cash value and no refund;
• support tickets are deleted 12 months after they close;
• transaction records are retained where law or tax rules require, but are unlinked from your identity;
• we keep an irreversible identity digest to prevent the same identity from registering again.

Do These First

1. Cancel your subscription. Auto-renewing subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled in your platform account settings. Deleting your Xunjie Cloud VPN account does not cancel them and does not stop charges.
2. Request a refund. If you qualify, apply before deleting. Once the account is gone we can no longer verify your orders.
3. Export your data. Email [email protected] before deletion if you want a copy.

Grace Period

A deletion request has a 7-day cooling-off period. Signing in again with your original credentials during that window cancels the deletion. After 7 days the data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
