The agreement
This is an agreement between you and YOUYISMS INC, 1908 Thomes Ave #12018, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States ("we", "us"). It covers the Xunjie Connect app, our VPN servers, and the account you use with them (together, "the service"). Our Privacy Policy, published on the same site, explains how we handle your information.
What the service does
Xunjie Connect creates an encrypted VPN tunnel from your device to an exit server you choose, with rule-based routing, per-site rules, connection check-ups and related tools. Exit locations, speeds and availability change over time and may differ by network.
Your account
- You need an account to connect. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, with Sign in with Apple, or with Sign in with Google.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's consent.
- Keep access to your email address, Apple ID and Google account secure; activity under your account is treated as yours.
- One account belongs to one person. Your plan sets how many of your devices may be online at the same time.
- You can delete your account in the app (Me, then your profile row, then Delete Account). Deletion is immediate and permanent, and any remaining service time and data are forfeited.
Buying service time in the app
One-time purchases only. In the iOS and iPadOS app, service time is sold as non-renewing one-time purchases of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. They are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. The product, the time or data it adds, and the price are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
Nothing renews. These purchases are not subscriptions. You are charged once, when you confirm, and never again unless you choose to buy again. There is nothing to cancel.
How time is added. Each time purchase adds its period to your account. If you still have service time left, the new period is added on top of it; otherwise it starts when the purchase is credited. A data top-up adds data to your current allowance and does not extend your service time; how often it can be bought may be limited. The iPhone and iPad app does not sell data top-ups.
